* Have been responsible for sales, establish, maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients in Russia and CIS, UK and Europe, The Middle East and India from scratch * Find new customers and create new business, makes quotations and handle orders, close deals with customers, visiting existing and new clients periodically. * Carrying out market research for new prospects and maintain the existing customer network. * Develops a short- and long term regional strategic plan and plans strategies for attainment within assigned geographic region. * Communicates product position to end-users and identifies issues proactively to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process and after system completion. * Generate revenue through end-user opportunity development independently and with the assistance from the sales and marketing team. * Generate revenue growth through end-user opportunity independently and with the assistance from the sales and marketing team. * Manage customer expectations to ensure understanding of proposal and deliverables. * Organize local sales and technical support from company as required by customers. * Analyse competitors and follow their performance. * Delivering, commenting and negotiating the volumes and prices of products with customers. * Advice marketing strategies per country/activity. * Maintain Salesforce data for particular region and customer contacts. * Managing all stages of new business development including prospecting, company presentation, translate company's strategy into a strong sales approach for the assigned regions. * Meetings with clients periodically with a view to review the existing business relationship, identify customer needs and satisfaction. * Participate in trade shows.
