I am a skilled Technician and Assembler with over 3 years of experience and a solid background in: * installation of machinery or industrial systems either in the production department or on site. * manufacturing of parts and welding. I am a committed team player, with team leadership ability, able to work independently and motivate by example. I believe customer satisfaction must be the working principle because a happy customer is a good customer so I pay a lot of attention to detail, the manufacture quality and the deadline. An ideal candidate for a position requiring initiative, responsibility and problem solving skills. Skills and expertise: * Welding and bending manufacture (sheet metal, support elements, frames, plates, flanges) . * Ability to read and understand technical drawings. * Manufacturing tolerances (Iso / Din) and properties of materials. * Fabrication and machining of parts (use of the lathe, milling, grinding, calender, bending machines). * Assembly procedures and techniques . * Ability to diagnose and fix mechanical faults. * Ability to retrofit new parts to specification. * Use of overhead travelling crane, fork lift and scissor lift. * Testing procedures.
